Holiday Giving Fundraisers

The season of giving is here! As we prepare to enjoy the holidays with our loved ones, many of our families struggle to afford basic needs and holiday gifts around this time of year. Our holiday fundraisers are created to help support our families, better prepare them for the winter season, and strengthen our students’ connections to their education. Make their holidays special and check out our ongoing fundraisers:

• Holiday Cheer Drive: Hosted by The Foundation School of Montgomery County, the Holiday Cheer Drive provides our families in need with food, winter gear, and gifts for the holidays. Our goal is to spread holiday cheer to 20 of our Montgomery County families this year. Help Our Families On Our GoFundMe

• Holiday Book Fair Drive: Give the gift of a book at the Holiday Book Fair Drive. As 80% of our families live in  low-income houses, they are unable to afford books or do PTA fundraising. The Holiday Book Fair Drive provides free, new books for our children to read during winter break. Support Our Student’s Literacy by Selecting “No-Cost Book Fair”

• #GivingTuesday Sensory Item Wishlist: Fund a sensory item on our Amazon Charity Wishlist for our month-long  #GivingTuesday celebration. These resources provide a number of benefits for our students with emotional disabilities and autism such as reduced stress and anxiety, increased focus, and the ability to self-regulate emotional behavior.                      Fund an item on our Amazon Wishlist
